"Good patient care"

I went for a smear test recently at Camelon Medical Practice and all went fine. I casually spoke of some issues I was having with perimenopausal symptoms and the nurse took time to advise and guide me through HRT options and then got me a prescription to begin HRT right there and then. I'm delighted to have been given the support at that moment with something I have been hesitating to take forward as an individual health concern. So to get it sorted so straightforwardly and positively was such a change from my expectation of what was going to happen that day - the care and support was much appreciated.
