"Understanding and straight talking"

After years of watching my mum suffer from severe episodes of depression, as a family we never had anyone to turn to for support and we felt helpless as we tried everything we could to help my mum.

In the last year or so. Aileen was introduced by Cairnwell MH outpatients department and she has been an absolute god send. She has opened up so many doors to provide help and support for my mum that she so desperately needed and also for us as a family, after all these years we now have a diagnosis for my mum and although we aren't at the end of the tunnel with her condition there certainly is light and hope.

If it wasn't for Aileen, I don't know where we would be with my mum and I'd hate to imagine.
