We would like to thank Karen, Midwife at Shantallow Health Centre, Derry for the care and attention she showed to my wife and me after we phoned for a last minute Friday afternoon appointment. Karen was so professional, kind and reassuring - she really put us at our ease. She is a fantastic asset to that service.
