Miss Yeap, my consultant, guided me with professionalism, clarity, and reassurance from the very beginning. She took the time to explain each step, always ensuring I felt informed and supported. Her skill and dedication have been pivotal to my treatment and recovery.

Hazel and Alannah, the colorectal nurses, have been incredible sources of strength and comfort. Their kindness, patience, and practical advice have helped me navigate the most difficult days, and their ongoing support has been invaluable both before and after surgery. Not just for me but for my family also. 

Miss Rodgers, my oncologist, has shown outstanding expertise throughout my immunotherapy treatment. Her thorough approach, coupled with genuine compassion, gave me the confidence I needed to face the challenges of treatment and manage the after effects.

From diagnosis, treatment, surgery, and into ongoing after effects of treatment, I have felt truly cared for and supported by every member of this amazing team. Crosshouse Hospital has not only provided me with world-class medical treatment but also the compassion and humanity that make such a difficult journey bearable.
