"They put me at complete ease as to what I needed to know"

I had an appointment today in the second half of of September 2025 at the RD&E Pre-Op Area Q Level 1. 

First, I met a nurse who measured my height, blood pressure, blood sugar, ECG Etc. I can’t remember her name but such a caring nurse with many years experience. She deserves a mention.

I then met Kirsten Theatre clinician. This lady was an exceptional person who reassured me about my pending operation. She was extremely knowledgeable and put me at complete ease as to what I needed to know and how the operation would go as well as post operation expectancy. This lady is an exceptional nurse with great qualities of supporting patients.
