I answer phone calls from patients, book their appointments, find answers to their questions through liaising with clinicians, welcome patients and help where necessary. Plus admin duties.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts about your recent appointment with us here at Exeter Sexual Health. We do strive to make our patients feel informed comfortable and cared for understanding, as we do, the sensitive nature of what we do here.

Having such a high calibre of care and advice from one of our Doctors, with her friendly, helpful, professional, informative and reassuring attitude, must have been a relief for you when, as you say, you felt nervous and embarrassed when attending. Your feedback is so helpful for future engagements as it helps all our staff recognise when we are on the right track.
