"Fantastic care and brilliant team!"

I had an abdominal ultrasound yesterday, and I was worried about the outcome of this ultrasound the most.

As soon as I was called (great timing!), both of the sonographers/ultrasound technicians Catherine and Karen were so lovely and made me feel relaxed and at ease straightaway. They were genuine and welcoming, and this appointment was the smoothest, well organised appointment I’ve ever had- thank you’s.

It means the world having that natural high level of care, empathy and friendliness from them, especially when things don’t feel so good healthwise at the minute. I really appreciated this yesterday and they both wished me well with my surgery- means more than I can express- thank you both so much!

Dr. Ali was my radiology consultant who did my ultrasound- she was absolutely lovely and the care, compassionate and benevolence shone through so brightly! She was so welcoming, knowledgeable, and I left the room knowing that I was in great hands with Dr.Ali.
