(as the patient),

I would like to offer my thanks to consultant Dr Walker and his team of doctors at ENT Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy. 

 I had been suffering with a condition for over two years and was listened to and treated with great courteously by Dr Walker and his team. My treatment extended for 8 months with great success. My hearing in my right ear is restored and the infection which developed was treated with urgency and respect from everyone from the appointment receptionist to the specialists doctors. 

 I cannot convey my appreciation anymore than my thanks in removing a debilitating conditions that had run me down over many months and years. An exemplary deptment, a credit to those who work in NHS depts and again my heartfelt thanks.
