"Explained everything so well"

I had my first appointment with Nikki physio at Westminster in relation to my lack of control with my bladder. My embarrassment speaking about this problem was quickly put to rest as we chatted about my symptoms. Nikki explained everything so well clearly explaining things and also showing me a model of bladder etc offering me how to assess my movements and how to refine the cause and how particular food and fluid intake will help.

I thank Nikki from the bottom of my heart as she did not tell me as one doctor did ….. it was just my imagination that I needed to go 4 or 5 times a night to go to bathroom. Thank you Nikki.
