(as a service user),

Rachel the doctor greeted me from the waiting room and was professional and friendly.

She explained the whole thing really well- and although I’m also a doctor I really appreciated she gave me all the information.

I was nervous and apprehensive about the procedure but the Jilly (nurse/HCA) and Rachel couldn’t have done more to put me at ease.

I was really surprised with how well it went, it was much less painful than it had been previously. Credit to Rachel for her technical skills.

Overall, they made a massive difference to how I experienced something that is usually painful and embarrassing. THANK YOU 🤩

we appreciate patients can feel nervous and apprehensive when coming into our clinics but I am really happy to hear your experience was a positive one.
