"Compassionate, courteous and kind"

About: Grantham & District Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I had my gallbladder removed and ended up staying in Grantham Hospital overnight. Shelley was on the overnight shift and was absolutely wonderful! 

She had time to talk medical things through, make us comfortable, check on us during the night and was just very compassionate, courteous and kind.

Dear lovecw85

Thank you for the comments and I have shared with the whole team and especially Shelley who will be thrilled to be personally mentioned.

The staff really do get a morale boost when these comments come through to us, so thank you and I will share with Theatres, as Matron for both, we all work as a team.
