"An easy and friendly experience"

I recently visited the Breast Clinic for a routine follow up appointment. During the appt I was advised that a core biopsy would be performed. Both the consultant, Jenny, and the Outpatient Nurse in clinic, Tara, put my mind completely at ease. The procedure was quick and painless. They talked me through the whole procedure as it was happening and distracted me perfectly. They were both very caring and I felt comfortable through the whole process. Thank you for making, what was a bit of a shock, an easy and friendly experience.
