"Hospital staff"

Visiting the hospital and when in triage to be told that they could do nothing for me not even see a doctor. I  fell over on my left hip and in a lot of pain. The member of staff I spoke to said they would not do anything as they do not do X-rays at Hemel Hempstead just go to another hospital, their  attitude was very poor and they did not appear to care about me, it was terrible. I left the hospital in tears and great pain. I am in a lot of pain and no one wants to know or care, I am disgusted.
