"15 years of disappointment"

15 years I have been with the pain clinic waiting on some help. Finally after all this time I get offered a 15-day course which I couldn't afford to attend. I was told I could leave for now and they would contact me in 12 months to see if I could afford it.

I now find they wrote to my doctor telling them I refused the course and so was discharged. I feel I have been lied to and waited 15 years just to be plunged in to more age more depression. Now no chance of help, feeling totally abandoned. All the promises of help from 15 years ago were nonsense. They did nothing in 15 years.
