"Fantastic medical secretaries"

My daughter is under the care of neurology in Altnagelvin; she has a medical provisional license which only lasts ten months due to her condition- 

Her condition is completely stable but her license was due to expire; getting a new license was complicated by the fact that she is a student in England and registered with the GP there; the consultant whose care she is under has left the trust, leaving my daughter with no consultant cover- 

When I contacted the medical secretaries for neurology and explained the situation and that my daughter had been completely stable for over two years; the secretaries were extremely empathetic and helpful; within two weeks the issue was sorted.
