(as a relative),

My elderly mother had a fall at home, query fracture and required attention from NIAS and attended hospital for treatment.

The care that she received from Dervla and Brendan (Ambulance E121) was fantastic. The professionalism, care and compassion shown was second to none. The transfer was absolutely seamless.

They are both an absolute credit to the service. We can't thank you enough.

My name is Maggie Hamilton, I am the Experience and Involvement Facilitator with NIAS. Thank you for taking the time to share your valued feedback. We are always grateful to those who share their experiences of the services they have received. It was heartening to learn how fantastic Dervla and Brendan were with your mother and that they were professional, compassionate and the care was second to none.
