"Delighted with the care and professionalism"

About: South Molton Hospital / Audiology

My wife and I are both hearing aid users and we moved to Devon from Wales nearly two years ago. Our Welsh hearing aids were not supported here and we needed new ones.

We were contacted by audiology who offered us an appointment (successive times on the same day) at South Molton which was very convenient for us.

The treatment and service we recieved as a result can only be described as superb. We were treated together but dealt with individually. This allowed lots of time for questions.

Our hearing tests were carried out and in a very professional manner but with respect, humour and genuine concern for our individual needs.

Our new hearing aids were provided very quickly and we knew how to operate them from the outset thanks to the help we received.

We had a follow up telephone consultation at a later date to check that all was well.

In summary we were delighted with the care and professionalism and we are extremely grateful for the service we received.
