"My glaucoma review appointment"

About: Nightingale Hospital Exeter / Centre of Excellence for Eyes

(as a service user),

I recently had an appointment at Nightingale Hospital for a glaucoma review, and I wanted to share how positive the experience was.

From the moment I arrived, just a few minutes early, I was seen straight away. Everything about the service was excellent. The staff were polite, kind, and attentive. They took the time to explain what they were doing and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process.

The whole appointment was quick and efficient.

I am very grateful for the way the team looked after me.
