"Made me feel listened to"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Maternity unit

(as the patient),

I wanted to write to say a big thank you to Karen and the Juniper team for the care in my third pregnancy. I sadly experienced a loss in my first pregnancy and my second pregnancy with my son very anxiety inducing.

My third pregnancy has resulted in a gorgeous baby girl who was born earlier this month. Karen and the Juniper team made me feel listened to and never took for granted that even though I already had a child, pregnancy and childbirth was something that still made me very nervous. I am really grateful for their care.

This care continued in the community (at home) following the birth of our daughter and it was always reassuring and a pleasure to see Karen!

Thank you again

Dear GCErassels

Congratulations on the birth of your daughter and thank you for sharing this feedback at such a precious time.

I am delighted to read that you felt so well cared for, supported and listened to throughout your pregnancy and that you were able to benefit from the continuity of care provided.

I will ensure that Karen is aware of this feedback and also the wider team.

I wish you and your family well for the future.

Best Wishes
