MY 89 mother who suffers with Dementia slipped off the chair onto the floor. Mark who arrived was wonderful very caring and helpful and even called the next day to check we were ok. He is a credit to your service. Thank you for being there.

Thank you for sharing your experience following your mother’s recent fall.

We’re so pleased to hear that Mark was able to respond with such care and compassion during what must have been a worrying time for you both. His follow-up call the next day shows the kind of dedication we strive for, and it’s wonderful to know that it made a difference.

Your kind words will be passed on to Mark and the wider team—recognition like this is incredibly meaningful and helps reinforce the values we aim to uphold every day.

Thank you again for taking the time to let us know.
