(as a parent/guardian),

My son had a broken tibia and fibia. I cannot thank enough the staff on the Orthopaedic Ward for all their support. Doctors, nurses, ancillary staff, physiotherapists were all absolutely fantastic. Special thanks to Aimee our nurse who was working on 2 of the days, Aimee was so caring and looked after my son so professionally. 

Also a big thanks to the physios Chloe, Sinead and Mairead for all their support in getting my son mobile again. We really appreciate all the care and compassion of each member of your team gave to him.

Thank you for taking the time to give the orthopaedic ward staff your feedback. It is so encouraging to receive. I will pass this on to everyone, especially Aimee. We have a fantastic team and everyone is working hard.

I take this opportunity to wish your son a speedy recovery from the injury.
