"Excellent care in the TIA clinic"

Recently I was referred by my GP to the fast track TIA clinic. I was incredibly impressed when someone rang me the very next day with an appointment. 

The clinic itself was very well organised and I was able to have all the tests I needed, as well as see the specialist practitioner, all within two hours. All the staff I encountered were polite, professional and reassuring. Every area of the hospital that I saw was clean and well presented. 

Amid so much negativity and complaints about the NHS and the services it provides, I feel it’s more important than ever to speak up and say when we have had a positive experience, and I definitely have had a positive experience this week. I’d be grateful if you could feed this back to the staff concerned. Thank you from a happy and reassured patient.
