"I did not receive my test results"

I did not receive my test results. They were sent to my GP but not to me. It was my test, it's my body, my health.  At the time of the scan I even said, please ensure I get a copy.  There is no consistency, a friend had a scan a few days before me and got his results online a week later. Recent blood and urine results went on to My Health and Care Record and I received an ophthalmology report etc.. Patients are legally entitled to access their own test results, may be radiology could ensure they receive them.
