"So helpful and understanding"

About: Countywide Community Care Service Delivery Unit / Community Stroke Service Worcestershire Royal Hospital / Stroke Care

(as the patient),

Before July last year, I'd never been in hospital before this occasion, and I had heard bad things about Worcester Hospital. But the staff were wonderful. They were brilliant. The hospital was spotlessly clean. All the staff were so helpful. After I was discharged, I had support from the Physio, Georgina and Speech and Language Therapists and have been very pleased with the staff and the kindness they showed me. They were so helpful and understanding.

Hello

This is lovely feedback which I will ensure gets to both the stroke unit and the community stroke team staff.

I am so happy to hear that your experience was positive, despite it being an undoubtedly distressing time for you. I regard kindness as one of the upmost important qualities within healthcare and am delighted that my team demonstrated this.

Thank you for taking the time to do this feedback - it really does make us recognise the importance of our roles and really boosts morale!
