"Salt of the earth"

About: General practices in Greater Glasgow & Clyde

(as the patient),

I feel like there is a lot of negative feedback lately regarding the NHS. I would just like to thank the nurses at Castlemilk Health centre- from diagnosing a Polyp to recent blood tests and blood pressure checks ect. Each and every one of them have been outstanding, and great personalities. Salt of the earth.

Dear Adele81

Thank you so much for your thoughtful message and kind words about the team at Castlemilk Health Centre.

At a time when there can be a lot of focus on the challenges facing the NHS, it truly means a great deal to hear such positive feedback. We’re delighted to know that from diagnosis to ongoing care, you’ve found the nurses to be not only professional and skilled, but also warm, personable, and supportive.

Your description of them as “salt of the earth” is a wonderful tribute — and we couldn’t agree more. We’ll make sure your appreciation is passed on to the entire team; words like yours make a real difference.

Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience. We wish you all the best with your ongoing health.

Kind regards

Kevin
