"My wife’s appointment"

My wife asked me to go with her to get the contraceptive arm implant. She was a bit nervous about going there to put the implant in and also because English is not her first language. All of the staff were very kind to my wife and made her feel at ease. They explained everything clearly to us both and took time to ask us if we had any questions or concerns. We both felt comfortable to ask questions that we had about contraceptives and Sexual Health more generally. The staff clearly had a lot of experience and put the arm implant in professionally with care. The Centre was clean and well looked after.
