I can’t say enough good things about the hydrotherapy service. From the moment I started the sessions, I noticed a significant improvement in my mobility and pain levels. The warm water made it easier to move and exercise without putting too much strain on my joints, and the environment was always clean, calm, and welcoming.
The staff were incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand my needs and tailored each session to help me progress safely and comfortably. Their encouragement and professionalism gave me confidence every step of the way.
Hydrotherapy has not only helped with my physical recovery but also boosted my overall wellbeing. I genuinely looked forward to each session and always left feeling better—both physically and mentally. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a gentle yet effective approach to rehabilitation.
However, I did want to raise a concern that affected my comfort during sessions. On a few occasions, individuals have entered the pool area uninvited through the rear door, which made me feel quite uncomfortable—especially while in swimwear. It’s a private and vulnerable setting, and unexpected visitors can disrupt the safe and supportive atmosphere that’s so important during hydrotherapy.
Is there anything that could be done to make this better? I believe any change would be a valuable improvement to maintain privacy and ensure the space remains exclusively for patients and authorised staff during sessions.
Thank you for listening and for continuing to provide such a helpful and healing service.
