"Very grateful for the time and patience"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Ear, Nose & Throat (Ward 11b)

(as the patient),

My speech valve was coming loose and not working, did the usual checks and was asked by Pamela from speech therapist to go up and see them in ward 11b.

When I went I was taken into this examination room where a doctor and nurse and Pamela proceeded to work on me and I’m glad to say they got it working after about half hour and I could speak good for the first time in 3 years

I am very grateful to Pamela and the other nurse and doctor from ward 11b for the time and patience they took to sort me

Hi skyyy57 Thank you so much for your kind words regarding your recent experience in the Treatment room within Ward 11B. I am pleased that Pamela and the team resolved your speech valve issue which allowed you to speak for the first time in 3 years. I can only imagine how positive an experience that was for you..

I will let Pamela and the team know of your positive experience and wish you well
