(as a service user),

I have problems with my ears, already have severe hearing loss and lost more due to errors recently.

My audiologist said I have one blocked. I did an e-consult online and got an email saying I would hear from them by 6.30pm. Nothing came.

How many failings before action is taken? They seem untouchable.

7pm and e-consult closed.
