Shelley, Housing OT came to assess for what was needed in my bungalow and I cannot thank her enough. She's been so helpful and supportive. I've changed my mind about what to be done, but she still called to check I was okay and didn't need to be seen about anything else. Both her and Sally, from Millbrook have been fantastic, thanks ladies.
