(as the patient),

Special thank you to Pauline, Tracy and Susan from OPAT. They put a PICC line in and introduced me to a new system, that administers antibiotics 24 hours a day - which I was very grateful for considering I was very unwell. 

I'd also like to thank the staff from 1 North ward, especially the 2 sisters, Eileen and Christine. 

They all did an excellent job supporting me and this new system.

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave such positive feedback. It is very reassuring to hear it.

I will be sure to share this with the team.

We are hoping to trial this new method with more patients and roll it out further so thanks so much for being willing to trial it.
