"My first trip to a CT image scanner"

Recently I went to have a CT scan done on my bowels and was very nervous and worried about having the scan. I was not looking forward to having it done. But to my surprise once I had met the staff at the Southampton General Hospital the lady I believe her name is Evelyn. Forgive me if that wrong, but never the less this lady made me feel reassured and was so understanding and caring that she took all my worries away. Just by the way she spoke and her body language and approach to me as a patient was amazing. I felt calm and relaxed knowing that she was there for me and as she was explaining things I felt reassured and comfortable with everything from start to finish. And I wanna say a massive thank you to her and the team at Southampton General for everything they do. They do a amazing job and sometimes they don't even know it.
