"Their kindness and dedication has been life-changing for me"

(as a service user),

I have had such a positive experience with CGL Birmingham, and I feel genuinely grateful for the support I’ve received. The service has always been easy to access, communication is clear, and the environment feels safe, welcoming, and completely free of judgment. Everything has been tailored to my needs, and it has made a real difference to my wellbeing, confidence, and recovery.

Clare and, more recently, Mara have both been outstanding. They are respectful, caring, and supportive in every way. They listen attentively, involve me in decisions, and are professional yet warm and approachable. What stands out most is how honest and open they are, which makes it so easy to be open and honest myself. Their friendliness, patience, and understanding have helped me build trust and feel truly valued.

I cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond – their kindness and dedication has been life-changing for me.

Your kind words about Clare and Mara are deeply appreciated. It’s wonderful to hear how their honesty, warmth, and dedication have helped you feel valued and supported. I will make sure your feedback is shared with both of them, as well as with our management team. I know it will mean a great deal to them.
