About: HMP Leicester / Substance Misuse Service

(as a service user),

I would like to say thank you to the healthcare, especially the substance misuse team ie Holly and the prescriber whos name I don't know but has blondy brown hair.

I had a 13 week review and both Holly and the prescriber were in the room and they took time to see if I was alright in myself as a number of people have thought I was down and not myself lately. I really appreciate what they did and making sure all is ok with me. 

I have told them I appreciate what they have done but I wanted to put it in writing too.
