"Good service"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Orthotics

(as a service user),

I was seen by the NHS GGC Virtual Orthotics Clinic recently as I required replacement insoles. I was treated very well and received an appt within two weeks of referral. The virtual appt went very well and received my insoles around three weeks later. I didn't need to travel to a hospital clinic and was able to resolve this issue from my own home. The orthotist I saw was very helpful.

Thanks very much for taking the time to give us this positive feedback about our service and specifically our virtual clinic team.

I'm very pleased that you have had such a positive experience as we work hard to maintain a high standard of care for all our patients. It gives us a great sense of satisfaction that were treated quickly and that using our virtual clinic meant you did not have to travel to hospital but still got the treatment you needed.

I will pass this on to Colette and Susie and the rest of the team as all staff strive to give our patients the best experience and its always great to hear when we are getting things right as it gives us a real morale boost.

many thanks

Nikki Munro
