Mid September.
I was an emergency admission, in pain and and confused and supposed a bit frightened.
I had never been in hospital before. I felt powerless, helpless as I suppose a lot of old folk do. Then I met with thoughtfulness and concern from all staff especially Lorraine, charge nurse in ARU4.
I felt compelled to write because of the way she provided care, really emphatic, she gave something of herself to her patients, thank you Lorraine, I hope receive my thoughts, you are a wonderful woman.
Thank to all the staff, you do a great job, we should appreciate you more.
Kind Regards
"You did a great job"
