"Thanks to the team"

Just wanted to say thank you for the great care received by my mother last week. All the staff at the Frailty Clinic were very welcoming. 

Dr Wali was excellent with my mother. Very thorough and professional in her comprehensive medical assessment and so personable. Though it was an outpatients clinic, she had a wonderful 'bed-side manner' - warm and thoughtful in how she talked to Mum - great humour, compassion and respect. We also left with a clear sense of what the next steps were and what follow through there will be. 

Similarly Claire the physiotherapist who undertook a full assessment, and though my mum is actually very agile, she worked out exactly what mum needs to do to improve her balance. She helpfully signposted mum to the sorts of activities my mum would enjoy. We had a very clear and helpful follow up call later in the day too. Also so very personable. 

Thanks to Thomas and the rest of the team who were very responsive to mum throughout the morning.
