(as the patient),

Having waited some time for the reassessment, I was delighted with the professionalism of the consultant David, he explained everything very well and put me at ease. After the test the ear piece were changed and I could not believe the improvement in my hearing. I left with a real bounce in my step, so thank you very much indeed.
