"Made me feel completely at ease"

About: Royal Victoria Hospital / Genito-Urinary Medicine

(as a service user),

I just wanted to say thank you to Nurse Fionnula at the GUM clinic in the RVH. She was honestly brilliant, really kind, down-to-earth and made me feel completely at ease. She explained things clearly and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable throughout.

It can be a bit worrying coming in, but she made the whole experience so much easier. I just really appreciated her care and wanted to let you know she’s doing a great job.
