"Loud staff faffing about"

About: Arran War Memorial Hospital

(as a relative),

Visited the Arran War Memorial Hospital with partner whose thought might have a ruptured appendix. Whilst the hospital staff were nice they made a lot of noise and were messing about.

Especially two staff who were really loud and joking about how they couldn’t be bothered. I understand that work should be enjoyable but that was taking the biscuit.

I am so sorry to hear that you had an unfortunate experience when in Arran War Memorial Hospital. It is absolutely inappropriate in the circumstances for staff to behave like this and as there is limited information regards the team involved, your post will be circulated to all teams that cover the Emergency Department within the hospital. I hope your partner is feeling better and has made a good recovery and thank you for sharing this feedback.
