I would like to share my gratitude for the team at the Dermatology Unit, Inverclyde Royal Hospital.

Dr Stewart has taken the time to really listen to me when it has felt like nobody else was. That has made such a difference to how I feel about my care. His secretary, Susan, has also been a great support, helping to keep the lines of communication open.

Dr May and Nurse Stephanie carried out my biopsies with such care and attention. Their professionalism and kindness reassured me throughout the procedure, and I left feeling that I had been treated not just as a patient, but as a person.

I now believe the team are keen to monitor my condition closely, and I am reassured that they are continuing to work with me to find answers. 

I want to sincerely thank the whole dermatology team at Inverclyde Royal Hospital for their compassion, attentiveness, and support. It means so much to be heard and cared for in this way.
