"Left hospital with a complete reassurance"

About: Cheltenham General Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as a service user),

I was admitted mid September to Cheltenham General for part knee replacement.  I was feeling very concerned / frightened about hospital admittance from previous treatment concerns of family admittancies in other hospitals.  My whole experience has changed my view completely.

All staff from domestic, to nursing to top surgeons I found exceptional.

My whole stay of 3 days on Snowshill Ward left me with a completely new view of our NHS.

The food options were varied, and surprisingly tasty and not at all what I expected.

The doctors, nursing staff and physio were friendly, professional and so reassuring I left hospital with a complete reassurance of how great our NHS is.
