"Alcohol dependency and looking forward"

About: Inclusion Recovery Hampshire / Basingstoke

(as a service user),

I'd been drinking alot for years, became very dependent on alcohol, it was impacting everything in my life, it was on my mind all the time. After going to Inclusion for 6 months I've not had a drink for that amount of time and I am feeling extremely positive about the future. I can say that Inclusion has changed my life.

It sounds like you’ve made some huge strides, not only in your recovery but in reshaping how you see your future. The fact that you’re feeling positive about what’s ahead shows just how much strength and determination you’ve put into this journey. I’m so glad to hear that Inclusion has been such a transformative part of your experience. It’s clear that you’ve taken control of your life again, and that’s something to be really proud of. Congratulations and good luck for your future.
