About: Physiotherapy / Physiotherapy (outpatients)

(as a service user),

I would like to thank the physiotherapist Fiona who works at VHK . I am receiving excellent treatment for shoulder pain and Fiona has been exceptional throughout my treatment.

She takes the time to explain my injury and is very kind when I feel that I am not recovering quickly  enough.

I had to use a private physiotherapist for a few sessions due to the NHS physiotherapy being so busy.

I feel that my journey since seeing Fiona has been very smooth and I have been referred quickly onto different specialists . 

I would also like to thank Naveen who has also been very professional and helpful. They are both a credit to the NHS.

I am still undergoing treatment but now back at work and hopefully on the road to recovery. Thanks to the excellent care from the physiotherapists.

Many thanks for taking the time to let the staff know the difference they are making.

I'll feed this back to them directly. I'm sorry you had to seek out additional support outside of the NHS. We are working hard to try to make the service as accessible as possible.
