"The staff were very professional and reassuring"

(as a service user),

I had to travel from home to the X-ray department at the ulster hospital. The hospital at home team booked an ambulance as I needed oxygen and a stretcher. The staff were very professional and reassuring and made the whole experience as pleasant as possible.
