"Extremely impressed with the service I received"

The receptionists very helpful and polite. The nurse went out of her way to make me feel at ease and kindly reassure me regarding all my concerns.

I was given time to answer all her questions in depth and add my own thoughts, such as other symptoms I thought might be related.

I did not once feel I was being rushed or not fully listened to.

A specialist was brought in to examine me and diagnosed my problem.

Both the nurse and the specialist were extremely polite, respectful and professional.

I was diagnosed, advised, given a prescription cream (not just the paper prescription) which they had the foresight to keep in stock, had a blood test, urine test and swab test all within the space of an hour.

This was a Friday afternoon at the 'walk in' clinic, and I didn't even need to wait for an appointment.

So in summary I am extremely impressed with the service I received.
