"Wishing to express thanks"

Want to express appreciation of and thanks to Neaman Practice staff. I had a worry about some hospital blood results and  one of the always delightful receptionists listened to me on the phone and instantly arranged triage. A dr called me back in about an hour, listened and arranged further tests which were done about two hours later on same day. Remarkable! Everyone in this practice always charming and professional. Receptionists are without exception sympathetic and address concerns immediately. They are not the dragons which many seem to encounter in other practices and have always been so kind as are the doctors and nurses. Thank you to everyone.
