"Her knowledge and awareness was second to none"

About: University Hospital Ayr / Ophthalmology

(as a relative),

Attended ophthalmology clinic at Ayr hospital today in the second half of September 2025. 

Saw optometrist named Laura who could not have been more helpful, patient understanding and thorough with my dad who had suffered a fall and was suffering with double vision.

As well as being open and honest her knowledge and awareness of her field was second to none. She was a credit to nhs Ayrshire and Arran.
