"Professional, calm, compassionate and kind"

About: Adult Community District Nursing Teams / Grove District Nursing Team

(as a relative),

I want to thank Patricia, Dave and Connor from the bottom of my heart for all they did in supporting my father in his final days.

Their professional, calm, compassionate and kind treatment will never be forgotten.

They were a privilege to meet in our hours of need.

The Nursing profession is lucky to have them.

I hope this message reaches them - they came out to give palliative care via the Belfast Trust (Grove).

Dear Pisdd39, Thankyou for taking the time to write this lovely compliment.

On behalf of the District Nursing Service may I firstly extend my sincere sympathies on the loss of your father.

District Nursing see it to be a privilege to be welcomed into our patient's home, especially in the final weeks of life, surrounded by their loved ones.

I will pass on your kind words and appreciation to Patricia, Connor and Dave. They will be grateful that they could provide your father and your family with the care and support required, I'm sure, which would have been a difficult time for you all.

I hope that all the special memories with your father will provide some comfort in days and months ahead.

Kind Regards

Deborah
