"Extractions That Needed To Happen"

I really wasn’t looking forward to having a wisdom tooth and a couple of root canal molars removed but the team on the day, who’d already had a difficult start with the M5 being closed, were running late, but still took the time to put me at my ease and were in friendly mode.

Big props to Yash, Ivankee and Ewa who were continually checking and more importantly explaining what was going on throughout the procedure. The funny noises, cracking, pulling and pushing were all put in perspective as they occurred and being reminded to breathe and relax were kindly words that I didn’t expect.

Even being asked what I’d like to listen to was great. Thanks to Yash and the team for above and beyond the call of duty service. Even being scolded for not having breakfast !
